I only don't go for soft centred chocs, no caramel, fudge or toffee in it either.

This is more to my liking

Daskalides. Best chocolates ever. I got a gift of dark chocolate ganache hearts or something a few years back. I threw the box into the fridge and then ate the chocolate. Best. Chocolate. Ever. I liked it so much I kept the box.

Chocolove is another great brand. My friend sent a box of 30 assorted bars as a gift and most of them were REALLY good. She knows I am a poetry major and the wrappers of the bars have love poems printed on the reverse sides of their labels. The ingredients list is short and the ingredients are pretty natural overall. Simply made chocolate that tastes amazing. A sweet gift. Chocolate with love poems. Aww. So sweet I'm getting cavities by thinking about it.

Diva Life dark chocolate is one of the smoothest dark chocolates I've had. I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

Meijii Black and Venezuela Bitter are my usual choices since they are cheap and widely available while still being quite good. I keep a box in the freezer most of the time. Dark chocolate Kit Kats are also really good.

I'm quite the chocoholic, which seems to be unusual among guys. I like dark chocolate (50%-80%, depending on overall taste). I appreciate bittersweet chocolate and can't stand most milk chocolate. Milk chocolate tends to be too sweet. It hides the flavor of the beans too much for my liking.

I've never heard of a guy being a dark chocoholic lol I can do dark chocolate, but I can't go over 60%... But the Chocolove thing sounds really cute :)

It was so cute I had to break both my arms, pilot a jet through a thunderstorm with my mouth, and challenge Russians to drinking games to feel like a guy again.

I've always wanted to try that kind of thing... Spicy and sweet are my favorite tastes, so I feel like that would work out lol

I don't care too much about brand, but the darker the better. I like at least 70% dark, and my favorite is 90%-100% dark (yes, I do like unsweetened chocolate).

My tastes have switched to dark chocolate as I've gotten older with a less intense sweet tooth, maybe 70%-80%. Lindt and Ghirardelli are standard go-to's for us, wife and me. For special treats, I've liked L.A. Burdick and Norman Love, but these can get expensive, especially Norman Love.
