This pretty much.

I wrote a couple of reviews about Anime I've watched when I was still 16-17. I gave them scores as well.
I'm pretty sure my judgement and taste about whether an anime is good or bad haven't changed much nor clouded and if my opinion would weight more right now just because I'm an adult I'd be quite flabbergasted.

Like a lot of people have said so far, I think everyone's vote should carry equal weight, but I would like to be able to see how shows are rated by people my age, beause people's tastes change as they get older. I'm not terribly interested in what people 16 or younger think about shows. Likewise I doubt they will like the same things I will.

I go with who I trust. I typically would not trust an opinion of some fourteen year old that I do not know very well. I also would not trust the opinion of some twenty-five year old that I do not know very well. If someone shows that they have a considerable amount of knowledge of any given subject, I'll take their opinions into account regardless of age.

Though I do see merit to trusting an older person's opinion more (though I would argue that 18 isn't that much older than 14). Generally, an older anime fan will have seen more, and have a broader scale to judge a single given show. But of course, there are plenty of fourteen year olds out there that have seen much more anime than a twenty year old. But that's typically not the case.

It just doesn't matter to me. There are people, old and young, that have similar tastes to mine just as there are those that are dissimilar.

As far as reviews go, I read through them to get a feel for the individual reviewers. I don't give a whole lot of weight to the "star" ratings of the shows.

Generally speaking, no. Everybody should be given equal weight, but at the same time having it broken down by demographics would mean more information seeing how there are diverging opinions. That said, there's some justification, but really it doesn't bother me either way.
