My watch if I'm wearing it. If not, either my phone or computer clock. But usually I can estimate about what time is it without those by looking at the sky and where the sun is located depending on the season and since I'm usually on timed schedule.

My smart watch, usually. If I forget that at home, then I use my phone.

The usual, phone, watch, anything with a clock. Another way is by looking at the space between the sun and horizon during the day. Asking another person is great too. Those are last resort methods

People, I'd just ask, "Do you have the time?" or "Excuse me, Do you know what time it is?"

Very rarely would I get the smarass reply of "Time for you to get a watch"

Otherwise cell

This. My great grandfather used to purposely never wear a watch, that way he could always strike up conversation with anybody by asking for the time.

My computer's clock, or phone, or if the specific time doesn't matter that much, I'm usually within the hour when I just go by how light/dark it is for the season if I'm outside.

I guess.
But because I drive for a living, I use the tiny clock on my dash. :3

I ask the person next to me, then check my phone or computer to confirm it.
