I don't really lose my temper because there's no real benefit. I just hold grudges for years.

30ish I get mad/angry almost every day, however It's not like a blind fury (that happens rarely).
I get easily irritated when I'm hungry though.

When I was a 5-10 I used to throw my controller when I lost against someone or when I was playing a really hard game. Funny thing I had a relapse of that mentality when I was 14 or 15 I was playing skate 2 playing some deathraces lost several times (at least 50 times) I made it close to the finish got hit by a car, threw my controller down on the ground breaking the analog sticks got even more pissed of and went out side into the middle of the street and threw my controller up in the air and ended up hitting a nearby light post... the friend who lent me his game laughed at me so hard since it wasn't even a very hard race. I was early in the game lol. Yep that's my story

I get annoyed and irritated like everyone else, but I can keep it to myself. If someone disagrees with me or even attacks me for not sharing the same opinion, I don't get mad. I think about it for a while, because yo, it's just an opinion, but I can't get mad. Especially if it's online. Realistically, I'm probably around 20.

There was a time where there were personal/family issues going on and I suddenly pulled a temper out of my ass, but it never got too bad. I sometimes wanted to break things and cuss people out, but I was able to hold it in. I often ranted to my friends though. Plus I was a mid teen, so what can you expect? Here, I was probably around 60.

These days, I'm like a peace loving cat hermit.

Depends,

I usually avoid getting angry at all, I kinda just sit their and try to solve the situation first

But if the person who is causing problems is being irrational then I get really angry, Like maybe a 75. No joke.

But only when they persist, don't back off, and don't have a reasonable excuse for it.

If I call you names, will you get angry, call me a dirty pig, and spank/whip me?

40-55.5 .
I'm usually calm and yeah I'll get irritated at times, but I keep that to myself. Now if someone were to push my patience and slowly get on my nerves despite telling that person to leave me alone (kindly of course. :P) then i'll most likely snap although I try not to most of the times. :|||

I would say to be angry from lowest out of 100 is a 20. Usually I work with them especially the ones who are in the IOU zone.
If it was 100, i'd be purely evil and let fire rage.
Where would a bomb strapped terrorist be rated at?

Not sure how to quantify my temper but I really only go bat shit insane on one person. If I'm pissed off at someone I'll just put some physical distance between us until I've calmed down. Anger consumes way too much energy and sanity.

I guess if 1 on the scale is indifference and 100 is the kind of rage you feel after hitting your foot on a corner, I'd be a 50.

I have a short temper and get mad really easily.

The way I calm it down is come up with Nasty Plots, like in Pokemon

I don't act upon them though, I just let it play out in my head and enjoy.

I also sometimes redirect it into positive actions. Well positive for me. ~hehehe

When I'm pissed? 20.

When I'm mad? 75.

When I'm done? 100.

And how do I manage it? If I'm pissed, I let it go. That usually takes me about an hour. Then it lingers for a couple of days. If I'm mad, for some reason, I imagine writing a book about my relationship with that person and make that person the messed up antagonist while I the semi-relatable protagonist. I also imagine being on the phone with someone next to that person and talking about that person indirectly. Like using a pseudonym rather than the actual name. When I'm mad, well, I go on a rampage, do what I do for when I'm mad, then do what I do when I'm pissed, which usually takes a few days or even a week rather than an hour. As for a specific person who belongs in the same household as I do, when I'm mad at her (or just unhappy with her) because of something bad she's done, I take away some of her stuff and hide it. That's only if she's set me over 75 but below 100. That's only happened twice.

I don't think I've ever been super pissed off. I only get ticked off.

Well, I do remember one time, but I was so ticked off that I started yelling at the other person for like a minute before finishing my statement and walking away like nothing happened. Few of my friends were there and they were like, "Damn, I've never seen you that mad." (That was just yelling loudly at the other person to make them stop).

But most of the time I just usually stay quiet and glare and sometimes just shake my head with disapproval and just say, "Stuupid."

It's usually those that flip out so quick that surprise me. Like damn, short fuse much?

I just keep it inside and express it with a tsk, ugh, or grr. I'm not really good at managing my temper though, it's like a war going inside my head between my good side and bad side, like Bebe Rexha said.
Also, the last time I had thrown a temper tantrum was in middle
school, I was still a kid back then and all that anger is still inside me. On the other hand, I don't get pissed off at the internet anymore. Why be a troll bait? Why pick up a pointless internet fight?

Mainly i'm pretty good with controlling my feelings but if someone breaks safety or legal rules I don't get angry I just suspended them. I find attacking there wallets gets the best results when it comes to improving behavior. They will either learn and follow rules or they quit and move on to another company. I work in safety and legal for a oil company and it just takes one person who doesn't care for safety to put everyone on a location at risk. I could care less if you put yourself at risk on your own time but if you put others at risk stay away from me because I will throw you out of location.

Now for my personal time taking a hot shower with my mint shampoo "love that stuff", listening to good music "nightcore", and laying down while reading a light novel " right now i'm reading spice and wolf" always relaxes me.
