Idk probably like a 5? (Unless I'm driving when I go up to a chill 6)
I'm not sure how we're supposed to accurately measure this, but I don't ever "go off".
I can't even really think of anything that would make me do so.
People can sometimes irk me, but that doesn't ever make me angry.
Anger is too bothersome.

It really depends on what it is, so maybe more like a 40.

One thing about having a kid. You discover a whole new world of little things that drive you bat-shit crazy.

I used to be a powder keg, but I am getting a bit mellower with each passing year. If I were to put a number on it, I am probably down to a 50 out of 100 on the volatility scale.

I think I'd rate about a 20... you have to antagonize me for a while before I pop.
I'm good 'till people start antagonizing me, then I start yelling things that would make Marines & sailors blush.

When I was having a talk with the Comcast lady she made the mistake of telling me that after calling them up three times with the same problem I was supposed to keep calling them to make sure it was fixed and therefore it was my fault they f@cked up. I persuaded her she was wrong, very, very wrong.

This all depends on the matter.

I can hold in my anger about 95% of the time
but when it gets out, I explode into a loud, unintelligible mess.

It depends on my mood, and how quickly I can swing it.
I can go from 10 to 60 at the drop of a hat, but I can also take a hit and not worry about it.
I can also cool down just as quickly.

I wouldnt know how to rank my anger based on that range but I can get pretty angry if someone annoys me or that i find are irritating at the moment. Its best for me to avoid the conflict and calm down before having a conversation. I also game my fustrations out or do things I enjoy to forget about it.

It's funny because although people might think of me as like a 30-40 on the scale, I'm actually around a 65-80. Though, the latter is just within my mind... If I were to get angry on the outside, I'd probably get a restraining order...

When I'm mad, I just laugh. At myself.

Mostly I'd say 30, but lately its been about 95. Littlest thing can set me off, and I take no ones bs anymore. For example. I saw my sister a few days ago while I was out to eat with friends. She said hi, I said hi. Then she got mad at me because I specifically didn't go over there to talk to her and had a attitude with me. Usually I let it slide and not say anything. But I told her to stop whining and acting like a little bitch, and I don't have time for her feeling salty. Then she shut up.
