Why can't I renew off the crunchy roll app? It's says I'm a premium member when I try
But then it doesn't let me watch naruto? So much sadness

Same thing happened here. I am charged in iTune, but I am still a normal member. Sent in a message with screenshot last weekend, but never gotten a reply.

Please help.

Ok I've never had this issue until Tuesday,I bought premium + on the crunchyroll app, and yes I've arlready been charged for it, but yet my account will not change from free to premium, I checked under my iTunes > account mangament > subs and it says my crunchyroll premium + is active, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I've already requested a refund, I bought my premium Tuesday the 25 th and yet it's still not working, crunchyroll will longer be getting money from me

Is your premium status not reflecting on Crunchyroll, but shows in iTunes?

The thing is, we don't have access to iTunes billing system. If if does not reflect on Crunchyroll, the best option is talking to the iTunes customers support.

Same deal for me.....

Almost 4 weeks now, support is so slow and they never really read what you write to them - Always just replying back with some static replies about what i need to try even tho i already have done it and told them it's not working. Even posted multiple screenshots showing it all !

It's sad as i really want to use it - And even give them money.
If i contact Apple, they just refund and closes down the subscription, that's not what i want.

Subscribe via the website instead. Then we can effectively help you. We do not have access to the iTunes billing.

Well you offer to use iTunes! And i like all my Apple TV streaming services to be handled from one place.

So i don't really see an option to use your site as well, also it's a security concern - I like that i don't have to spread credit card information's around to multiple sites...
