So i don't really see an option to use your site as well, also it's a security concern - I like that i don't have to spread credit card information's around to multiple sites...

If that's the case, do you have a PayPal account?

As to how to subscribe on CR:

I think you misunderstand me. The point isn't that i "can" use another subscription solution as i want to use iTunes be course they offer it!

I've been a recurring premium paying member for over a year, then cancel my membership via itunes and then one month later regrets it and re-activates it in iTunes that happily starts to take my money again and send to CR, but it don't seems like CR even checks that a subscription has been re-enabled so they don't update the member status.

How hard should it be to mach up what payments they get from apple to the invoices/order numbers i have supplied them with via screenshots and appleid that is the same as my login here.

But they simply just reply either with some default reply or not at all - It's such bad support level i don't get it. Their service is very nice when it's working, however i'm now not able to use CR anymore as i can't restore purchase with the apple tv app, they need to fix it! :-(

iTunes is just not a very reliable way to pay. Things get canceled really quickly if there's an issue, and we can't do much from our end as 3rd party vendors like us do not get access to their billing system. Paying through the site also offers you better and cheaper plans in the first place, plus we can actually support you directly if a billing issue occurs.

My point was that PayPal is usable at a lot more sites than CR, and is accepted by more sites than iTunes. If you want to reduce the number of sites that have your credit card info, it is something to consider, regardless of CR.

That helps me in no way with the problem i have before me...

ITunes has send the money for the subscription to CR, but i don't have a premium membership.

I have contacted Apple, all they will do is "Refund my money and shutdown the subscription" that's not what i want. They say the problem is in CR's end that they don't register when a user re-enables his subscription from an previous subscription that has expired.

Something that the Apple TV app should check up on when you click the "Restore a purchase/subscription from itunes"
