The HTC Vive looks like it's going to be competing with Oculus Rift in the VR market and may actually replace it due to the fact that it actually has a release date. Which one will you be rooting for?

Just one of many VR headsets out there not just those 2. Probably like 10 max that even have some kind of actual presence such as the Sony Project Morpheus and Samsung Gear VR.

......but this one is designed with the intent for people to use it mainly for Steam games. I am one of those people, therefore, Vive wins.

Only weeks away for the delivery of my htc vive to come so excited. Did anyone see all the games that suddenly popped up since, they look amazing! Kinda disappointed that "The Brookhaven Experiment" is coming out on april 26 wanted to really play that when I get mine, but atleast they have a demo. They even have like series coming out (The Divergent Series: Allegiant VR) where your in it and use the motion controls in each episode to interact. (Hot Dogs, Horseshoes & Hand Grenades) has one of the best ar15 gun simulators sand box games ive ever seen in vr, check out the second vid on steam! Just saw one game called "Spell fighter vr" where you can use the built in mic on the headset and use your voice to say spells and command your minions, I had no idea the mic can be used like that. Room scale vr, motion controllers and the voice commands make the vive a beast. My gtx 980 ti is ready!

I just got a HTC Vive. I would like to be able to watch anime on Crunchyroll using the headset. Does anyone know how I might be able to do it. The web browsers I've seen so far which are the one built into Steam's Big Picture mode and the one that is built into Viveport do not seem to be able to use flash. Does anyone know of a way to watch Crunchyroll in VR?

Here are two ways off the top of my head:

Virtual Desktop which costs $15. It has multi-monitor support, but it's hard to recommend because there's also..

Bigscreen Beta a free program. It lets you share a virtual "room" with other people and see each other's desktops.. Sort of like a twitch stream in VR, I suppose.

Both these programs let you see your normal desktop screen inside of a virtual environment (which can be a movie theater, if you want). With them you can watch anything on your PC that you normally could, since it's using your regular browser / movie playing software (and yes, you can also use it with non-VR games).
