The glass doesn't exist, the glass is a concept created by the government to try and brain wash us into optimists and pessimists

I have sort of inadvertently convinced myself to be a "half full" kind of guy despite really being a "half empty" kind of guy. To the outside world I appear happy-go-lucky and optimistic about my life but internally I am full of self-doubt, anxieties and worry. Keeping up the "half full" facade was initially to try and change me but it didn't really work and now it's just kind of there. Oh well, C'est la vie, in ten years or so who knows where I will be...

McDonalds has this on their extra-large cup, it says "Is the cup half full or half empty", then it has some proverb or something like that. I don't think that it occurred to the person designing it that everyone just refills it before they leave.

There is a time and place for everything.

It's best to not get down about things beyond your control. At the same time gambling because you feel lucky is a formula for failure.

Assess the situation and take the most profitable route. In the end try to leave as little to chance as possible.

I like to think I'm a glass half full kinda person

but then again things happen and I'm like, ehhh maybe not take today....

while taking an exam I almost started crying when one the the questions asked how to deal with a patient with alzheimers that carry's around a stuffed kitten, believes it's her pet cat, losses it and is a afraid it is hit by a car.

Whatever floats your boat I say, it can be half empty or half full I tend to see it as half full of whiskey

I see it as half full so I guess I'm optimistic.

Too lazy for glasses, I either drink from the tap or make a jug full of whatever I'm drinking and drink straight from it.
