Howdy everyone,

I was just wondering who here have a list of Anime they wish didn't end, and maybe could have kept going giving the type of story and more content that could have been elaborated on?

For me I have a few shows I felt the endings really did not do the show justice:

Infinite Stratos: Wow, is this really how they wanted to end this show? They had so much to go on and just stopped, cant another company pick up this show and keep going?

High School DxD: This was on my list as well, however I know that the new season is starting next month, so good job there.

We Without Wings: This story did have a good ending, but they still could keep going with more adventures.

Campione: This story actually was beginning to get good towards the end, this one left a lot of unended answers, need closure.

Toradora: The ending was also pretty good, but this story still had so much content to move into. I wish they could have expanded on the story more.

Strike the Blood: This had a very good ending, which I am glad to see the two got together, however now that we know there is still 20 years we dont know about, we could at least cover 10 of those right?

Sword Art Online: I havent seen anything new on what is coming for SAO, and I have to say this new season was simply amazing. I do however hope this wasnt the end.

Rosario the Vampire: This did have a pretty good ending but in no way should be considered a done story, there is a lot more to go into.

I'll second Infinite Stratos. It's my favorite anime to just turn my brain off to and watch for the romcom.

SKET Dance: I read the rest of the manga and this series was completely awesome. They still had so much that could be animated. The series is just as funny as Gintama.

Magic Kaito 1412: It's not over yet, but it soon will be. There is no conclusion to this series because the author works on Detective Conan way more often than he does on Magic Kaito. Still it will be sad to see it go, It's my favorite Saturday Morning Cartoon-esque show.

I really hope they adapt Jojo's Bizarre Adventure parts 4-8, but there hasn't been any news of part 4 being in the works.

BLEACH - I am re-watching all of Bleach (not the fillers,) for the 6th time at the moment. I really hope that when the manga finishes that they will animate the Thousand Year Blood War without any breaks.

Sunday Without God - I miss Ai lol, they ended the series on such an open note that I am curious to know more about Ai, Alis and everyone else.

Blast of Tempest - one the very best stories I have ever seen for an anime. It was captivating, interesting, and at times really kept me on the edge of my seat.

Last of all I would definitely second Strike the Blood and Campione, 2 series I really enjoyed, especially Strike the Blood.

Saint Seiya Omega- even though it had 97 episodes the ending of the series left me wanting more hopefully toei animation considers the idea of making a 3rd season in the future. I would be so damn happy to see Eden & Koga again

Inu x Boku ss- I want to see what happens after the second reincarnation of ririchiyo x miketsukami

Blue Exorcist- just because 25 episodes wasn't enough & I want to see if ren and shiemi will ever become a couple

D Gray-Man- great series I wish it continued

Brave 10- Favorite historical anime hope it has a second season

A dark Rabbit has seven Lives- the characters are very enjoyable to watch

Yona of the Dawn- which anime will replace my Tuesday mornings I doubt any can fill Yona's place

I also forgot a few which I kicked myself for forgetting:

Sekirei: I dont know how I missed this one, but there is SOOO much left of this story to finish, I cant understand why this was not continued with the 3rd stage.

With Sekerie, they caught up to the source material (the manga). Once the manga is finished--or gets far enough ahead--they may put out a third season.

Same with SAO. There is another SAO arc in Light Novel form (the Alicization or Underworld arc) which is almost as long as the rest of the SAO novels combined, and I'm not sure if it's finished yet--the most recent novel in that arc was published in Japan last August. SAO is popular enough that there will surely be a third season, but I have no idea when it will be, and whether they will attempt to cover the entire Alicization arc, or whether they will chop it up.

Toradora's story covers all of the source material from the original light novels (except for one or two side stories, and they altered the ending a bit). The author has stated that she doesn't have any desire to write more in that universe, for the time being, so unless she gives permission for the anime studio to create original content, that's all we are likely to see.

Personally, the ones that I would love to see are ones where the story is clearly unfinished:

Haganai
The Devil is a Part Timer
Mayo Chiki
Maoyu
The World God Only Knows
Ah My Goddess
Spice and Wolf
Ookami-san and Her Seven Companions

I could go on...
