Had to create a secondary account just to get this in here.

So I ran into the issue recently where my account was logged out for some reason. Attempting to log in failed, when I know 100% certain that my password was correct.

Attempting to have it go to my email and reset it failed. It keeps saying that email address does not exist for that account. Something I know is false because I received Queue notice updates to that very same email address on the 2nd of March and many more before then. Likely this scenario was due to another site being compromised recently which had alerted me as such too late to save this account.

Filed a ticket with Support. 2 days later they get back to me. Ask me all of the relevant information. I fire off an email immediately with all of the requested information.

....and...I am STILL waiting.

To say as a Premium Member, that I am displeased, is not even giving full scope to how upset I am. I have cancelled the billing from my itunes account so that I will not be billed again on the 12th.

Whoever can, please, get a hold of support so that my account can be restored. I've been waiting 2 days now since my email reply was sent and I have still not heard anything. I would like my account back, asap please.

Original Account Name: WombatShadow

Someone who is an admin or something, please get a hold of me or get a hold of support and get this corrected. I would like this matter fixed asap. I really do not want to continue to have wait several days for this to be fixed.

I've reverted the email change and reset your password. Please go through the password reset procedure to regain control over your account.

Run a virus scan on your PC to make sure that you don't have a backdoor installed. Also change your password for all sites and services that use the same email/password combination you used on our site - your account was compromised because you used the same credentials on at least one more site which had its password data dumped.

Thank you.

I've already gone through and changed all site passwords and ran Virus Scans. Nothing showed up. The problem is the notice on another site was sent too late to spare this one

Appreciate the help. I am back in. Thanks Shinryou.
