Go to: chrome://plugins/
Near the right upmost corner there should be highlighted blue text with a " + " symbol next to it: + Details
Look for the flashplayer section: Adobe Flash Player ect..
Now look for the subsection with a program running: pepflashplayer.dll
Disble that plugin with the button available!

Crunchyroll does NOT support Chrome's native pepper flash player. This fixed the problem for me, hopefully it does others as well. Mods, please spread the word about this with a sticky thread.

About as ignorant as you can get. You need the plugin to view the content. End of that story. Find another solution.

Pretty much this. Apparently, Adobe doesn't allow you to use their flash player in Chrome anymore. I've reinstalled it two times now and it's not listed under my flash plugins in Chrome, only its built in shockwave. It doesn't even give you an option of installing it under a Chrome browser anymore, all you have are Firefox, IE, Opera and Chromium. Though Firefox may be your best alternative if the multiple complaints about video playback really are caused by Chrome...

We obviously can't help you from our end with nightly builds, those are use at your own risk. Sorry.
