I had many dreams this morning and one involved an ally of mine slicing my shoulder with his sword to see if I would betray the party. It did hurt enough to stop me using the arm for anything except holding my blade for a while but I'm guessing that it didn't hurt as much as it would in real life.

That dream got me wondering what kind of pain everybody else has experienced in dreams. I've been shot twice in dreams and it felt like dying although any kind of pain in dreams is rare.

So have you been hurt in a dream before? If so then how?

More ways than I can accurately describe, so I better not try. Many ways.

Likewise I've been hurt so many different ways, killed, ect.

Yes I have.I just normally wake up and move her head off my arm.

My dreams normally consist of me falling.
Yes, it hurts when I dream about falling down the stairs. Not as extreme as getting stabbed or shot though, but still rather painful.

Last night I dreamt I got shot in the arm by a cop on accident, then the paramedics took me to the hospital, then woke up.

Not really bullet worthy painful but still imagined the pain vividly.

I had a nightmare where I was Falling into a fire or lava of sorts where the deeper I went the more I felt hotter and hotter and the pressure or constriction on my body got tighter and tighter, quite painful... I woke up in a sweat too. I wasn't even sick or anything the next day so I don't know what caused it.

I usually inflict the pain or do the killing in my dreams. But rarely, i have dreams that consist of depressing images and suffering.

Nah, I've been shot, beat, crushed in car accidents, and just straight up died in my dreams, but I felt no pain at all.

Funny that anikevin posted a pic of the Naruto character. When I was in high school, I had a dream I was being chased by all six paths. Didn't even get hurt in that dream.

I believe that the green one (coke life I believe) is half normal coke half diet coke, Essentially it contains half the sugar with sweeteners doing the rest of the job.

One dream I can remember in particular is when a waiter was being rude to my friend so i was going to punch him but before my fist reached him, I woke up and I punched a wall. It wasn't really suffering pain in a dream but it triggered pain in real life.

I've had 'heart ache' like pain in terms of emotion in my dreams. Also being chased, I usually am screaming but I lose my voice. In terms of physical pain, I haven't felt that in my dreams as far as I can remember.

I've been having rather vivid dreams recently.
