Siri pours her a glass and looks over at Ciel who walked down "Demons may be unholy but I would not go and just attack any you meet.....some demons have gained some leniency on being pure evil." She poured herself a drink and took a sip. As she took a sip her sword leaned to the side and fell down, it shook the whole floor knocking some bottles over and breaking the floor more. Siri sighed and got up, she grabbed the cloth covering the huge blade and easily lifted it back up and shoved it into the ground so it would not move.

"Wish they gave me a weapon that took up less space."

Keasha giggles and has more drink. "That's the way to do it Siri. Just stab it into the floor solidly." Keasha pats Siri on the shoulder and snags another drink as one goes by. My home was decimated by a demonic hoard. Forgive me if I slice first and ask a demon it's moralities afterwards."

Not liking her current mood Keasha yells,"Hey we have any Bards in the house? Play me some music. I want to dance!" Grabs Siri and starts dancing even if there is no music. Keasha starts to sing as they dance.

"HellomynameisBeatrice, pleasedon'tkillme," she said all in one, flustered breath and held out her hand to shake.  She retracted her hand back after a moment and Beatrice shivered involuntarily like a leaf in autumn, even though it wasn't cold.  Ciel was a lot taller than she imagined when she first saw him slumped down over the table.  Beatrice didn't know where to look; her eyes darted back and forth from the stairs to the two people that descended from them.  "I suppose you two took care of those heathens upstairs? You guys didn't kill them... did you?," she rambled nervously, uncharacteristically quite uncomfortable and tense.  "It was quite a surprise, I didn't count on witnessing a fight so soon after arriving at Midgard. Some of the other patrons noticed the commotion as well... ah... Shouldn't someone call the authorities and treat the inn keeper's injuries? Or you two's injuries, for that matter," Beatrice added, noticing the miniscule scrapes and bruises.
My mother warned me about people like you.  She lipped her lips and tried to get her breathing under control.  "I-I came here to look for an adventurer to study under, but I can understand if you'd find me troublesome, so perhaps you can direct me to somebody else?"  It was a one-sided conversation, she knew, and her insides churned at how judgementally rude she was being but Beatrice couldn't help herself.

The Dire wolf stirred in the back of Keasha's mind. Prey is near. Your drinking is making you careless. I'm having fun here. She thought back to the wolf. Besides if there were something truly evil and demonic my katana would be glowing Blu.... Her katanas were faintly glimmering blue. Keasha stopped dancing and stood dead still. She partially unsheathed a katana. If a demonic threat was near it should be much brighter instead it just faintly glimmered. Puzzled Keasha opened up her wolf senses. There was something curious about Ciel.

Siri stopped moving when Keasha did and noticed why. She placed a hand on Keasha's shoulder and whispered in her ear "if its the presence your feeling, it is the Tefling at the table....do not mind him but at the same time keep your guard up" Siri moved Keasha back to the bar as the Bard took over for the music keeping the place from going silent. As they went to sit Siri explained.

"A Teifling is more common in this world than demons, but some are evil in a way and some make great leaders.....you must of sensed the evil somehow, that will always be there with a Teifling but by hat I see he is not here to kill or create a ruckus...for now so let us just wait and help if the time arrives" she poured Keasha a fresh drink "Besides, we may leave before him or he before us which brings me to my next subject......would you mind if I traveled with you, I am training my mind of things in the real world and you seem to know a lot...what do you say?"

"Thanks from keeping me from making a scene. I will still keep a eye on him. My katanas are made of an enchanted silver steel. Elderich blades that glow blue when in the presence of unholy or demonic. Perhaps since Ciel is a hybrid or has demonic ancestry explains there only being a faint glowing. No need to make enemies if not necessary. Yes I think I would like you as a traveling companion. Perhaps we can learn from each other. Let me go take care of the good bar keeps injuries.

Keasha goes up the stairs and finds the bar keep still passed out. Good thing to, his nose is fractured. She sets the nose so it will not grow back crooked and bandages him up ignoring his protests. "Not good as new my dear fellow but if you leave that splint in place, you will not have a crooked nose." She placed a few coins in his hand to cover the drinks she had.

When Siri saw Keasha come back down she stood up and placed a few rations of food and drink in her bag and placed a few coins on the counter. She picked up her sword easily, placed the strp around her shoulder and walked over to Keasha "Would you like to go find a calmer place....as lively as this place is I think it to be to much when trying to think." Siri looked at the damage her sword caused and sighed.

"I also would like to leave before the bar keep wakes up.....I do not have the coin to pay for that, only enough for food and drink here and supplies at a legit store" Siri brushed off her small bits of armor.

"Sounds like a plan my friend. I have some animal pelts stashed that I need to sell as well. Then we can go pick up traveling supplies. Then we can go in search of this calmer place you speak of." Keasha looks at the damaged floor and smiles. "You just added a little rustic character to this place is all. It will be lucky if it gets a rug tossed over it." Keasha and Siri leave laughing.

Siri led Keasha to the closest fur merchant to sell her pelts "I take it you hunt, a valuable skill when travelling." Siri looked at some pelts that the merchant sold and bought a small patch of soft fur from the merchant "if you hunt I can cook up what you hunt easily while I scavenge for fruits and herbs......may be a good idea to get some flint to help make a fire."

Ciel held back a laugh. The girl's reaction wasn't an unusual one, he was used to people fearing him or disliking him for being a tiefling. His hood was down so it made sense why several people in the room were giving him dirty looks.
He reached out and shook her hand and didn't even notice when she quickly pulled back her hand, he was more interested in the drink on the table. "Why thank you, I accept." he said cheerfully and took the drink , gulping it down thirstily. "Now that's good." he said.
By this time, Brastias had approached the table.

"Well miss, " Ciel said, lounging back in his chair as she spoke of wanting to adventure. "You don't seem like the hardy type and I can assure you adventuring is hardy business....why do you wish to do it?"

"You are a tiefling?", Brastias interrupted before the other girl could answer this Ciel guy. A tiefling. No wonder I had this feeling to not let my guard down.

"Yeah, so what?", the other man answered turning his attention away from the babbling girl and frowned. He was also on guard which was noticable by the tension in his body even though the voice was calm. Brastias had heard a bit of this species. Some descendants of supposed evil creatures who gave off evil vibes. That would account for the uneasy feeling coming from Ciel. It wasn't something many knew that these vibes were just part of a tieflings being and didn't describe their being bad or good, but Brastias had come across the information by a human scholar who had specified in studying other races, explaining to him some things about a few races. Years ago the guy had met a tiefling and got to know many things about them, though Brastias hadn't quite listened to everything the scholar said concerning them. A mistake he had to avoid again.

That's not an excuse to not be wary anymore, but a fact to remember. He settled down at the bar beside Ciel pulled the drink out of his hand and took a sip himself. "No 'what'. Just curious. I owe you one for helping me upstairs.", Brastias answered, handing the drink back.

Ciel shot him a confused frown, but his mouth twitched on the edges. "You would have taken care of them even without my help. Not even breaking a sweat handling two guys."
"Maybe.", he shrugged. "You saved me the hassle to defend against another one."

Suddenly there was some commotion coming from upstairs and Brastias turned to hear a loud, shrill voice yelling, "WHERE IS HE?!"
Behind him he could hear the tiefling mumbling something about the innkeeper having a thick skull.

Keasha sold her pelts to the merchant. She made a mental note remembering what pelts the merchant wanted most. She heffted her money purse. Not rich but not poor either. She bought what other traveling supplies needed. She began to get an uneasy feeling of being watched. But could not place from where.

Siri waited not far from Keasha. She tossed an apple up and down but caught it feeling something off. She looked around but saw nothing but kept her guard up.
"You Ready Keasha......may be good to leave before things get to rowdy.....guards in the town may not look to kindly at us if that happens..." Siri put the apple back in the sack hanging from her belt.

The inn keeper came down stairs, looking worse for the wear and very pissed off. He looked around and spotted Ciel with Brastias. "You!" He thundered. "Get out of here." He spat as he marched to where Ciel was.
Ciel looked at him, surprised to see him up so soon. "huh..."
"Get out! GET OUT AND IF I SEE YOUR FACE HERE, I WILL PERSONALLY SKIN YOU."
Ciel sighed and scratched the back of his head as he said, 'I had nothing to do with those men attacking this guy." He said but the innkeeper was not listening to a word.
"Are you gonna go or shall I have you thrown out!" The man looked furious, "I don't want you blasted tieflings anywhere near this bar!" Ciel wondered if the throbbing vein in his temple would pop. Deciding to avoid another brawl, Ciel stood up. "Ok, ok I'm going gramps, keep your pants on." He said.
He tossed a smile at the girl and said, "Thanks for the drink, miss." Then he punched Brastias lightly on the shoulder and said, "Keep out of trouble,."
It was drizzling lightly when he stepped out, so he pulled up his hood. He needed another job since he was low on funds. The payment from the last one was supposed to tide him over nicely. But that was out now. He decided to make his way to the town guild where jobs were offered.

"Hole no use out in mountain.....but place here good enough, high enough" Not far from Ciel was a cloaked figure, a very tall one that looked like he wore a huge back pack to big for the run down man. The man had a rasp voice as he spoke to himself in front of one of the guilds "Should I ask.....no, no.....may not take kindly if I payed in gems....humans to thick headed for pureness."
The cloaked man had his face covered so no one could see which was strange, they're were no holes in the covering and on closer inspection it was plain leather. The man seemed hesitant until he turned to Ciel "You, I hear you....are you part of this guild? I need help for a trip."
