There's probably a multitude of reasons why this hasn't happened yet. Maybe they keep things in your queue in case of second seasons and then it's already there and they don't have to relabel a series and so on and so forth. I think we should be able to make tabs in our queue and send a series to that tab.

There are lots of things about the queue which might be improved on:

Basically anything structural like this will require programming work to be done, and CR is a very small company with only about 50 employees in total. In a business, expenditures like programming, other than for bug fixes, have to be driven by promised cost savings or potential revenue. Nice as it would be to see queue enhancements, I would wonder how something like that would actually gain you new customers. It would certainly help you to retain the ones you have, but that doesn't increase the bottom line...

It would be nice if Funimation's queue would work better, too. And you only get one with Hulu and Amazon as well. With Netflix, you can create multiple profiles, thus have multiple queues, but after a certain amount, (like 2 or 4 I think?) then your subscription rate goes up because they assume you are sharing the account with other people (probably a valid assumption in most cases).
