Yep, those brainfreezes make you forget the breakup pretty quickly.

I think?

I'm really just guessing here, I can't have brainfreezes so...I dunno.

??? is that serious? or a joke?

how is that possible?

Weak nerves on the roof of my mouth, and cold things touching the roof of your mouth is what causes brainfreezes. It's the same way with hot food, so I easily blister the skin without realizing it

You cry and move on!

Breakups are taken depending on the person. There are people who get a good cry and are good afterwards. Others get angry, others mourn and try to get back together, there are so many possibilities.

My last breakup was about 3-4 years ago. It was tough because he was the one to break up with me. Of course I was upset and sad because he ended up breaking up with me on my birthday. And the reason was because "we wouldn't work out in the future". .__. I went out and did things to keep my mind off of him. Went to the gym, went shopping, and other things. In time I got over it. Because I figured why would I want to stay or try to continue a relationship with someone who didn't want to stay. It's their loss in the end. I still think he found someone else or was secretly dating someone else xD

I move on by doing other things. It helps if you have no trouble thinking rationally and using cold logic. I mean just logic. Do things you won't regret so it's easier to move on.

You might never forget it, but you'll survive.

I stopped dealing with it after my first break up because crying over it is useless.

Well, I was cheated on before, so I just listened to sad music and was in bed all day. Other than that, not much.

Well my last breakup was a couple days ago. Im still a bit of a mess about it got cheated on and all that fun stuff. But what I do to get over it is study something, listen to a crap load of Real Friends and front porch step. Ive been practicing with m,y band more. I also drink a ton of tea and work extra hours as well. My job is fast paced so I dont think about hings. Those are the things I've been doing.

I'm not sure how to deal with one. The woman I was engaged to recently like within the past 3 days dumped me outta the blue. I've been trying to do things to keep myself busy and my mind away from it but nothings really working.

I used to date, I haven't in a long time

In a breakup I seem to get even more creative. I'm an artist so I'll write poetry, which I never show anyone, and I draw or paint, which, I also never show anyone. As for the ex, I'm the best ex you could ever have. I change my phone number, and I don't even try to get back with them even if I'm madly in love and my heart is broken in two. I feel that if someone doesn't want me...........why would I want to be with them?

Probably shouldn't be so honest
