Yes, for forgetting things. I forget a lot. So much so I now carry around sticky notes so I dont forget.

After I've forgotten something, I get mad at myself for being too carefree. And then I repeat the mistake over and over. Difficult issue to fix.

For procrastinating, for ritualistic self-scrutiny, for making mistakes of who I confide in, and who I allow to hurt me. For falling into traps, for beaing 'easy' , and naive , and for not having more motivation and confidence. For trusting the wrong people, and for every mistake.

Sure, plenty of times. I'm an easy person to get angry at as far as I'm concerned. I probably lay into myself the most when I let others down. I feel more responsible than I should and promptly tear myself 2-3 new assholes depending on the situation.

I get angry at myself all the time, especially through failures and mistakes. Sometimes being angry at myself becomes a motivating factor and helps me to not repeat the same mistakes.

Sure. Anyone who is self-aware would become upset with themselves over mistakes, failures, etc.

Its been years since I was really really angry at myself. Junior year of high school, I was running track on the 4x400m relay team at some big invitational meet, we were winning by a lot and I dropped the baton, disqualifying my team. Super pissed at myself. Like for a really long time. Me being overly competitive would be an understatement...

I'd say overall, I've mellowed out over the years and I hardly ever get angry, especially at myself

When I'm competing in my sport I'm very competitive. I set high, if not sometimes unrealistic, expectations for myself. If I don't meet my own criteria, then I usually blame myself for everything, even if it's out of my control. I'm getting better at it though. The biggest issue with it is that you always have to appear happy even in bad situations, so over time the pressure builds and goes off one day.

No, I just put the blame at whatever is attempting to make me angry. Animate or an inanimate object.

This is SO Me. Dude, I think You're My long lost Twin or something. My Drive is so ridiculous that it allows plenty of situations for getting upset with Myself. I'm My Own worst enemy 110% of the time.
