To whom anyone can assist.

I am beyond upset, please cancel or delete my premium account entirely. Someone has stolen my account and I cannot seem to do anything about it. I am a premium account holder since December 2015, but was not able to get a hold of access since stolen on February 2015.

I had to create this user because after three attempts at your customer support (Baels and Chocobogawd), no one from your customer support seem to help me at all and I continue to get credit card charges. Hell, I've even replied back to Chocobogawd with my credit card charges/information despite a HUGE concern for security of sending such information over the email. As someone who works in IT security, do you know how easy it is to use these limited credit card information for unauthorized use?

As of now, I am doing a chargeback of $59.95 that I did not authorized on 03/05/2015.

Please cancel this account!!!

Previously, all I wanted is get my account back and pay premium for my anime/jdrama needs. Now I am past that point.

Did you already initiate the chargeback?
I can sort your account issue immediately, but I'd have to delete your secondary account you used for posting this in order to put the other account back in your hands. Is that okay for you?

I already initiate the chargeback because I did not order anything for $59.95.

You can go ahead and delete my secondary account. If possible, please delete my primary account as well as I no longer need the account. I'm already to the point of no return to crunchyroll and your services.

Anything so far for this? I see my account still accessible whereas it should be closed.
