Trypophobia

What's your opinion on trypophobia?
Wikipedia describes it as

the pathological fear of objects with irregular patterns of holes, such as beehives, ant hills and lotus seed heads

The image below might be disturbing to some members

oddly enough i never knew what it was called but for some weird reason beehives have always creeped me out there are some things that have holes that i look at and i feel like im going to puke its not that im afraid of it but it typically just grosses me out in a way its understandable but also hard to explain HOWEVER i would not call it a fear its more of an uncomfortable feeling than being afraid to me it grosses me out and i just get an icky feeling inside me

I have more fear for this than that.

I know that it makes some people uncomfortable, but that's a ways to go from actual fear.

The way trypophobia-related pictures tend to be illustrated; yes, they bother me. Human skin isn't supposed to have lotus seedpod clusters, honeycombs, tadpole pockets of the suriname toad, extreme hyperdontia, sea lamprey jaws, etc... In particular, images of severe tick infestations horrify me, mostly due to knowing how dangerous it is. Also, that manga girl getting off on picking lotus seeds from her flesh is mildly disturbing, no matter how I look at it.

I didn't know it had a name, but certain patterns have always made feel nauseous. That picture was very disturbing.
