I'm on the free trial and I specifically clicked the first cancellation option, which is to cancel only the recurring payments; this option clearly stated that my premium status would remain active for 2 weeks (until the 29th since I signed up on the 15th). Now my premium is completely gone, store discounts are gone, ads are back, member status just shows regular member, etc. I also did the first free trial back in November and everything worked fine when I clicked the first option, so the fact that it did not here means someone might want to look into that.

Again, that does not make sense at all because the second option, which I didn't choose, was the option to cease any premium status right away, while the one I chose was just stated to be a 'remain active until end of billing cycle' choice.

I would like my trial to continue as promised...

That said, CR would really have no obligation to continue your free trial once you have cancelled, as at that point you've indicated you have no interest in subscribing, and you've paid no money.

CS has since rectified this issue. Usual response time is a few days, so I posted in the forum as well. I appreciate them getting back to me so fast on that.

They aren't obligated, but there are two cancellation options for a reason, and the first option didn't do what it clearly states. They gifted me 7 days of P+ though, so I'm not worried about it at all.
