I understand where opinions like MJ's would be annoying to the creator of the thread, but yoiu asked for it by making it an 'ae or hollister' type thread. Those are valid and relavent answers. It's not even the 'preppy' aspect mentioned above, I would bash it if it were a Hot Topic vs (some other click store) thread.

As for me, I look for the nearest clearance rack, no matter what store I am in.

people don't shop at those stores just because they're considered 'in'

anyways, i like hollister and ae equally. af's too expensive.
ae jeans fit me well.
they're one of the only stores where i can find a good fit for my height/body structure.
and i think a lot of the shirts are cute/decent priced
plus i do love my sweat & cargo pants =)

but with all that said,
this is kind of a stupid thread :\

He answered the question by saying he buys clothes from Kohl's.. but decided to flame your favorite store at the same time. So now we know he's not into preppy clothing. Wait what the hell? Oh nvm it's a question between AE, Hollister and umm...... AF... Oh well... he said he didn't like any so.. they're equal.

[Edit]: This might turn out like Shipman's thread!! EEEek111

You did by starting the thread. He did answer with none, he just went into more detail.

Once again to stay on topic, clearence is my calling. I do go into ae often... but only because I am a mall employee and like to mock other mall employees. I've never actually purchased clothing there.

The only one out of those three I've been in and have bought clothes from is A&F. Just a few shirts, though. Their prices for jeans are ridiculous.

But I tend to get all my clothes from online stores.

AE is cool sometimes.
I got a Sunshine is Free shirt there 2days ago.=]
I don't care for Hollister.
Their jeans are boring&
Their shirts usually just say
"Hollister"
Because brands are rly important there.:p
Abercrombie is alright, I guess.
Just not my cup of tea.

Also,
You all should go buy shirts from Threadless.com.
For sure.=]

I've spent too much money there. But the shirts are so lovely, so it's all good.

^ Same I love their tees

I can say with much happiness that I've never shopped at any of those places. I find that their clothes are boring, and way too expensive for their quality.
