I was never really into tea, although, I often drink green tea when I'm sick.

My grandma used to pack these for the Summer Japanese Baseball League my dad played in. I would always run up to the coach and give him one. Well, until I started playing for the team.

I rarely go to the asian markets where I live, but when I do, I always buy one.

I've always liked tea, but I hated boiling water to do it. I"m super lazy. Then one day I heard about cold brewing. Now I'm always doing it. Here's a website that talks about cold brewing tea. http://www.mnn.com/food/healthy-eating/blogs/why-you-should-cold-brew-iced-tea-and-how-to-do-it

I don't do the thing with whole tea leaves. Being the super lazy guy that I am, I just cold brew tea in teabags. For me eight teabags of Lipton tea for a galon pitcher of cold filtered water. I brew for eight hours, and I'm in iced tea heaven. Add or subtract teabags for stronger or weaker tea.

There really is a very distinct difference in taste between brewing with boiling water, and cold brewing. Also, cold brewing releases less caffine from the tea than boiling does.

I usually make ice tea. I boil ginger, lemon and honey in hot water and let it cool down before I put in bags of black tea. I prefer making my tea with cold-fusion.

Ito En's Lemongrass tea is my favorite. Sucks that its $2 bottle.

For hot tea I like Earl Grey, Green tea and Roobios tea.

My favorite tea is chai, probably most likely because I grew up drinking it, as well as my parents.

I stick to earl grey, green tea, Chai and thai. I try new stuff when I get the chance. Under the recommendation of the person making the tea. Anyone here with any recommendations?
