Do you floss before or after or....
Posted 3/19/15
Personally, I floss before I start brushing my teeth.. And if I'm feeling super energetic, I do it again after I have finished. To make sure I got whatever was left behind...

What do you guys do?
Posted 3/19/15
usually after I brush and after I eat.

I floss every time I see the container.
Otherwise, I never would.

If you floss before brushing wouldn't the tiny food scraps just go back to the same spot you just flossed?

They say flossing is more effective before brushing, but I always end up doing it afterwards anyway.
