It's on the cook address now. Go through the procedures I outlined for everyone else.

Someone has hacked my account information and used the account to purchase nearly $60 worth of merchandise. I've sent an email, but I've not yet heard back and I need some help as soon as possible. I have gone in and changed my password, will it also help if I change my email address associated with my account?

Canceled and refunded.

Change your password on all sites you used the same credentials for.
Likely your password was leaked onto the internet in the hack of another website.

Also check the devices page in the settings for any devices you do not recognize and remove those.

One of my colleagues took care of your issue.

This has also happened to me! I just sent a support form but want to cover ground to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Days ago I noticed bogus charges on my online credit card statement, to which I alerted my bank. They reversed the charges and cancelled my card. By chance I noticed an order verification buried in my email for a DVD to be shipped to the UK. Now seeing that my e-mail and password are no longer associated with my account, it seems clear what happened. Over the weekend when my bank wasn't available, more charges were applied to the card just before it was cancelled.

All of the fraudulent purchases were in pounds, sent to a UK address, as far as I can tell.

My username is pianomap.

EDIT - To be clear, only two of the charges were reversed, while there are at least four more posted now that I don't recognize.

this is why you should use throw away cards for online services!
