Sorry to necro an old thread, but I have not heard an update regarding a ticket I put in to recover my account. My account name is Laucian14.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

EDIT: I just noticed a $59.95 charge on our account as well.

Or just make sure you don't login on any infected computers and make sure you have a different, strong password for every account.

True, it's never 100% secure. Though I bet you more than anything more than half of these folks who report their account being hacked have either logged in w/o being aware they had a keylogger or have a very weak password. Just my two cents, I've never once been hacked, lol

yea ive never been hacked either but i just use a throw away card and load what i need on to it at the time just to be safe

My account has also been compromised and I will be using this thread in an atempt to get it back.

Looks like your email was involved in 2 major breaches recently. You should change your passwords everywhere and set individual unique passwords.

I've reverted the email change on your account and randomized your password. Claim it again via the password reset form.

Check the devices list in the settings, and remove any devices you do not recognize.

Hello! Seems my account has been breached aswell.

Username Nozraci, mail is the same as this account.

Haven't checked bank statements yet.

I have read the thread and know what to do, I have not submitted an support mail yet. (Should I?)

Edit: Checked if I have been breached, seems I was when either Wildstar, XSplit or HoN was breached. Wasnt even aware of that.
Also, feel free to remove this account when I have taken controll over the old one again.
