Create a direct support request here: /contact

They will need information you should not post in a public forum. Also don't put your email address in a forum post. That's a good way to get tons of spam. You should edit your post and take that out...

Is there way to log out all devices?

My account was hacked and they did buy something so are you able to refund it? They also got my Paypal account so i had to ask if they can do something to refund all those things, will this make things more complicated?
I have already changed my pw and did check out for viruses!

Here's where to disable devices: /acct/?action=devices

But you can't expire someone's web browser cookie unfortunately...

I've undone the fraudulent plan upgrade. You can get back to your proper plan via /premium_pick_plan?membership=premium.

Thank you! I did this already, it's just annoying since somebody keeps watching with my account and i can't keep track what i have watched and what isn't

Hi, My account has also been hacked, password as well as email changed so I cannot change it back myself. I also have a charge on my card that I did not authorize. Sent a ticket to support, posting here for visibility.

Seeing this topic, my account has also been hijacked. Luckily, no charges have yet been made on my account, however I am unable to change any information or remove my credit card information from my account, so the possibility of fraudulent charges still remains. I have sent a support ticket in to try and resolve this issue, however I would appreciate it if this post could resolve the issue a bit faster.

Card information is censored in our systems. The data shown to whoever is logged into the account, or even our own staff, is not usable elsewhere. Only the last 4 digits are shown, for example.

My account was hijacked and the guy who hijacked it changed the e-mail and password so I can’t get it back myself. There’s no unexpected charges yet. The account name is andyh117. If you need any info feel free to ask me.

got my account stole too. the person who stole it use this email addresse [email protected] the account name is tychuz if it was not change. i just hope i can get my account back before he use my creditcard.

So I’ve already filled out a account hacked support form but no response since they sent it to an account specialist, so I’m paying for someone else to use my service I’m paying for while not able to watch anything myself, can’t cancel it without canceling my card, hoping someone can tell me the issue would be/could be resolved so I won’t have to cancel my card as that would be a huge pain. And I’ve already paid for this month with no usage for myself so far so kinda annoyed.

Another victim of account theft. I am premium member and I noticed when I tried to log into my account it kept getting denied. I looked further into it and in my email inbox it showed that my email address was changed into "[email protected]" I am hoping you can help me recover my account back so I can have some sort of relief.

Either he, or a "normal" support person will still need a support request to work with to get the necessary information which should not be posted in a public forum: /contact
