Any suggestions children animes besides Cardcaptor Sakura? It could be on CR or other websites. My 4.5 yr old learns her foreign languages through animes and daily conversations.

Second question....

Any good horror animes on CR besides Another? Since Parasyte is coming to an end, I'd really like to watch more.

Well, I'm not completely sure about that young, but Rotten Sushi has a tag for children

Also many other additional tags including:
horror
psychological
supernatural

Tonari No Seki-kun, Encouragement of Climb, Miss Monochrome and Girlfriend Beta all would work for young girls. I'm pretty sure Kinmoza too (but be sure to verify from others first). Hanayamata and Wake Up Girls/Wake Up Girls Zoo would possibly work too.

For horror, there's not a lot on Crunchyroll it seems (there's not even a tag in the show search for it). I will say I really liked The Severing Crime Edge though.

polar bear cafe seems like it would be really good for a kid, they talk all slow and the Japanese seems pretty simple.

Kids would probably really enjoy cross ange...

I'm obviously kidding. Show her something like "A little snow fairy sugar"

Shugo Chara is pretty kid friendly, you could try that one, although it might be aimed at a slightly older audience (mabye like, middle school or so) and they have a tendency to speak quicly at times.

For Horror, I strongly recomend ShinSekai Yori, its a different kind of horror than Another and Paracyte, but it is very good.

Save Me Lollipop immediately came to mind. You can watch it subbed on Hulu or Funimation subbed or dubbed.
It's super adorable, it was one of the first anime I watched again when trying to get back into it (along with Mushishi, Fractale, and Casshern Sins at the time).

For your daughter you could try finding a copy of Bottle Fairy. It's a short episode series (13 eps at 13 mins each) that is cute and kid friendly.

I know the Japanese have labeled Kemono no souja erin Family friendly, and It's clear that IG did their best(infact I would call it nothing short of a work of art literally, to say the least), but don't you think 4-5 years old, is way too young for it.

It's rather graphic, especially two of the scenes(granted in a artistic way, but that only makes one of the two scenes, all the more graphic), plus there's some adult themes going on,

Seriously I would say no girl under atleast 11, and no boy under 14 for that anime.

Such a great anime though, I just think 4-5 is just way too young for it(at best, they wont beable to understand some things, and at worst, they would become mentally impaired)

people who recommend Wake Up Girls have clearly not watched the show, as it is NOT for kids.

Agreed with the recommendation for Shugo Chara and bottle fairy. I would also recommend the precure series. In particular:
Splash Star (more action-oriented), Heartcatch (considered one of the best precure series), Smile Precure (more comedy-oriented)
and Fresh!

edit: more recommendation (for kids)

Pretty Rhythm: Aurora Dream
Aikatsu!

both are about girls singing/dancing, but the 1st one is ice-skate dancing
while the second one is more about idol activities
(thus the name Aikatsu = Aidoru katsudou = idol activity)

I'd recommend Shugo Chara! Of course the early Pokemon and Yu-gi-oh seasons too.
