I've sent multiple tickets, but I still haven't gotten a response back. I received an email from a very old Paypal account that the refund was sent to it. I have no access to the account as it has been literally almost a decade since I've even used that account. I waited 31 days and Paypal has sent the money back to CR. So now I'm just waiting for the refund to be sent to the correct account or just to get back my premium status....

How slow is customer service for this website? I've never gotten such slow responses even from Steam before. I know how backlogged things may be, but to have to wait nearly 2 months for a single response that may say things are being looked into is ridiculous :\

However old that Paypal account was, it was the one you apparently used for all of your subscription payments.
I'll ask my colleagues look into our account to see if we ever received money back from you.

I looked into my transaction history and can confirm that it was not the account that I've been using. Throughout the year of 2013, I've been using the Paypal account with my business-related email address, but in December 2013, I purchased a 1-year subscription using that wrong Paypal account (which is the one the refund was sent to). That was only one-time purchase using the wrong account, but it looks like my main Paypal account was the one that was mainly used throughout the year of 2013, so that should have been associated as my "main" Paypal account.
