What does it say on https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/membership/ ? Maybe you pre purchased it.
When I changed from anime to all access it froze on anime for several days after it should have changed. I needed someone to delete the anime membership to activate the all access one. Maybe it happened with you as well.

Yeah, I don't know what standard practice is, but it used to be that if you changed from one premium membership to another, the new membership wouldn't kick in until the normal end of the current membership. So basically if you were paying monthly for Premium, your Premium+ wouldn't kick in (and wouldn't be charged for) until the end of the month you'd already paid for regular Premium for.

ETA: Ah shinryou stepped in while I was posting the above. What I say might actually be true, but it's good that he was able to take care of this for you right away.

He did a straight upgrade. For some users the status gets stuck, but it's a trivial fix for us on support.
