This news is old.

If a site has a Advertisement it's legal, simple as that.

Any video site these days use commercial based players to cover the bandwidth usage. Youtube has plenty of commercials and ads and a good portion of it is unofficial uploads.

I'm not concerned in the slightest. 2014 has been a great year for Anime and Manga releases here in the U.S.

2015 starting to be the greatest Anime and Manga year in the States in years. So many licenses of so many titles, seriously can't wait.

Yen Press bringing over so many Light Novels, Funimation & Sentai doing work with anime, Aniplex still being dick bags... This year is going to be amazing!

I'm more concerned with the sexualizing of 14 year olds and younger so prevalent in many of these animes. So many of them are almost porn with well drawn camel toes and such on young girls. If anything that will be what gets crunchy roll banned.

Crunchyroll is a legal site, there is no reason the Manga-Anime Guardians are going to take this site down.

No need to cry about it. You may go away now.
