You desperately need to work on your writing.

The sentence above, disregarding whatever it happens to be referring to, is difficult to parse.
You should split it into three ideas.
1. Your first and second questions are illogical traps.
2. Your first and second questions are not true.
3. Your first and second questions are fallacious arguments.

Working from this point, you need to tell us what an "illogical trap" is.
As far as I'm aware an "illogical trap" does not exist.
A trap is something used to catch things, usually unaware victims.
Something illogical does not make sense.
In other words, an "illogical trap" should be something that does not make sense, which is used to catch people unaware.
I don't know what you mean by that. A trap which doesn't make sense doesn't catch things.

Working on 2. If you want to posit something is false, and the other person says it is true, which you can do, then you should back up your position with evidence or reasoning. If you do not, it becomes he says, she says, unless the other person provides evidence supporting their claim. A thing they may or may not be willing to do.

3. State the fallacy. People maintain lists of them. If you want to say something is fallacious, explain why or source it.

Furthermore, something being fallacious implies the method by which a result is gotten is improper. Using an improper method can get you to either a correct or incorrect answer. So, you could simply eliminate Statement 2. "Your first and second arguments are false" without a substantial change in meaning. Unless of course, you actually intend on assigning his statements a truth value.

I consider you a difficult person to talk to because the way you write makes the people you talk to expend effort in order to understand what you mean. I don't intend that offensively.

Because they are close minded, ignorant people who have nothing better to do than rant how much they despise religion. And they are gullible enough to believe all of these stereotypes about religious people.

Not all of us want to conform to a religion that trys to justify genocide or inhumane acts...

It's not that all of us are ignorant, we just are not going to blindly follow something that dictates that crap.

Not all religious people do that....some of you are judgmental and too blinded to see that not all religious people are like that. Also, it's too hard to believe in nothing and know that all a person has left is despair and complete emptiness after death. I would kill myself before being into believing in nothing.

Ever heard of gay Christian churches? They exist, and they don't have a problem "cherry-picking" from the Bible and using it as simply a guide to life values. Not everyone follows every single rule of their religious book and tries to apply every story to today.

Religion isn't the only people hate, but it's just too many beliefs and opinions that's been passed down for thousands of years and changed to one person to another. That's one question everyone should have asked themselves,"What happens after I die?". Not hard to understand why people hates religion. About every war or civil war, not all, was about religion. The wars like Trojan wars was about a beautiful woman that was being fought over,so that didn't count. I believe it was the Trojan war. Sorry if I'm wrong its been years I've read anything about Greek. Matter of fact since I bought that up. There are Greeks today that still believe in the Greek gods that lives on Mt. Olympus.

I am an atheist and an anti-theist. I don't hate religious people- actually, I have many good friends and relatives that are religious. Some of the nicest and smartest people that I know are actually religious. One uncle and one cousin are both pastors and I get along with them very well. There are good people and bad people in every religion, race. There are good and bad atheists as well. That being said, I hate abrahamic religions because of their doctrine and because of their effects on the stupid people that are easily brainwashed. Smart sensible people understand religion is more of a philosophy and know to cherry pick the good parts from the bad parts (and there are a lot of bad parts, just read the bible or koran) but stupid people believe everything they are told and become very negative influences on society. There are actually people who literally believe every fable written in the bible as historical truths, and these are the types of people that are troublesome.

I have not heard of any no. But as far as I understand the bible. It is unchanging and full of contradictions that would derail this thread to oblivion talking about Christianity alone.

However I am attacking religion itself. I just used genocide as an example as why some atheists, like me, choose not to follow it's teachings. I feel the bad, far outweighs the good it claims to bring.

These question here. I should have highlighted them and called them out and yes I shouldn't have used illogical though they are illogical no sane person would think such away.

If some other religious person is a terrorist, does that make me more of a terrorist?
If Stalin was an atheist, does that make you more of a remorseless dictator?

Both postulate a fallacies argument. They are also requesting an answer to trap the other party in that false argument they are gotcha questions. Similar to the questions he asked about poor and children and the elderly these question are designed to show that an atheist is a heartless monster or not as the case maybe.

To answer the first depends on the person
To answer the second depends on the person

See the answer is the same in both cases because you have to actually deal with it on a case by case basses you can not generalize since it is dealing with individuals. Generalization is allowed if the statement is more true than false and in this case do to the nature of the argument I'm generalizing to move people out of their comfort zone to make them think. You don't think about something unless challenged.

I apologize for being vague what I see as fine sometimes isn't. i normally double and triple check these to make sure they read right I missed that one.

It's because everybody feels very strongly and personally about their beliefs, which we all live with every day. If somebody gets a chance to share their beliefs it is a great relief, like taking off a coat after a brisk spring morning turns into a warm spring day.

But then the evening hits, and a snow shower comes, and on comes the jacket, except you were just in the most comfortable breeze two hours ago, so why should you have to put on the jacket at all? Nature doesn't seem to care about you at all, and you're going to hear about it from everybody sometimes, no matter how pissed or not pissed you are about nature.

Let's all put our jackets back on and consider the person who is standing around in 35 degree weather in shorts totally unprepared.

That's an unfair metaphor, so I'll use a second one to bridge the logic gap.

You're at a house party and you smell smoke that indicates a house fire.

You alert everyone, some people decide it's not smoke that indicates a housefire, some panic, some evacuate, some ignore you, some say it's not important, some can't smell it, others say wait until you know for sure, but nobody exactly agrees with you and you're the only one left with the choice to leave or stay.

Now let's say you weren't the first to smell the smoke, but somebody who is either panicked, evacuating, ignoring the situation, calling it not important, saying they can't smell it, or telling you they are waiting until they know for sure has told you that they smell smoke. It's much more difficult here.

I say if somebody smells smoke that I can't, I'd like to find out what you know about the smoke. You have to learn to take each person as they come.

So have your jacket ready, because the human weather doesn't move in seasons.
