I've been trying to get a customer service response to an email I wrote weeks ago about problems I was having watching Crunchyroll via our Vizio TV with the Web Video app. I never got a live response to the first email, the second one I wrote got a response but it didn't have anything to do with my problem, the person writing assumed I was talking about having trouble watching via the web. I'm a Premium member, is this normal for customer service to be so non-responsive?

I sent an email about a month ago and never got a response. I'm also a premium member. That was the first email I ever sent to customer service so I can't say if this is "normal" or not. Hope you get the problem sorted out.

It doesn't look like Crunchy has an app for Vizio, see discussion here:

Send another message and or check your spam/junk mail.

I have found a few of their messages in junk.

Normally when I send a question i get a response in 4-17hrs.

Their whole support team is slack, Shinryou seems to be the only one who does anything. Hopefully you get this problem fixed asap.

At this time I also have no access to our English-language support tickets, so it's not possible for me to follow up on your ticket.
