I am aware that account and billing issues must be sent to the Customer Support on the site link, but I'd like to express my utter disgust at the quality of the support in the past four months.

Originally I contacted Customer Support as I could only access my account through my PS3 which had the password and account information saved, and still can only access it through my PS3. I have a simple request that I know the username of my account, but do no longer know which email my account is linked to (although given I have tried every email of mine either my account has been hacked and my email has been changed, I have another email I've forgotten, or there's been some form of administration mess-up. All this would normally be okay, I would contact support, give them a few details, they would locate my account, and I believe I should be able to get access back.

This is where the problem starts and why I am absolutely revolted with Crunchyroll right now. I have a Premium account, so bear in mind I pay for this service, and my first support email was answered with a request to provide a little information, and I gave them my payment method, the account name, invoice number, etc. After this however, I received no further emails and support began to clearly ignore my emails as this was roughly FOUR MONTHS AGO NOW jn DECEMEBER 2014. I have refiled my issue multiple times since and have never received even one more email, I believe this is inexcusable, and there is no other way to get rightful access of my PAID account except to keep pushing and waiting and praying for a response. All I wish to do is change my password manually or know what email my account is associated with so I can do it via the normal method, so I can get access on my Android device and my Wii U, but the lack of service has been absolutely staggering.

I have received support in the past from Crunchyroll and it was great, five stars, quick response in a few days, but the four months waiting I've had to endure since December? What has happened to Crunchyroll for the service to fall so far off the wagon?

And currently posting from an alternative account I've had to use sans Premium lately. I'm not rich, I can't pretend Crunchyroll isn't effectively stealing my money (unless there's been something big happening I see no reason why a ticket would take even half as long as it has) and pay even more for a second account. So I wait.

I apologise if I am abrasive, I am sure Crunchyroll *can* solve my problems and maybe somebody in support has not been doing what they claim to have been doing and my tickets are getting deleted or otherwise skipped, but presently they have not solved the issue in a reasonably timely manner and I'm very very disappointed.

I'm not sure what happened there for the last few months, but this is certainly a pleasant surprise. :tears:

Thank you very much for your support, Ezgi, it's certainly good to have the weight of this particular inconvenience off my list - this has been troubling me for so long and I'm glad to have my account back. As you can see, I've managed to successfully log in and my next goal will be to change this password and get it onto an email account I have regular access to.

Thank you again, it's been a bothersome four months trying to get back into this account. You're a legend. B)


Edit: And taking a better look at the account, yep, the account was definitely hacked - I've never heard of nor seen that email account before, and it even has the word "hacking" in it. Looks like I'll want to go through my million-and-one other accounts and change passwords, as I'm not even sure what the original password was but it was probably shared with *something*.
