I was watching No Game No Life until the 20 minute "error" happened. Now it continues to say that the shockwave flash is not responding. I understand that it's probably maintenance but any suggestions on why it is happening?

This is why I don't trust Adobe and shame on them for these random glitches.

Closing the window and starting again should fix it once atleast. If your browser is updated and your PC is otherwise working fine and it's happening often, it's probably a flash conflict issue that Chrome can have. You might want to try other browsers just to confirm.

EDIT: It's mentioned here under video related issues http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-784141/common-problems-and-solutions

Try restarting the computer and see if that fix it.

What about your modem ? Try turn it off for 10 seconds and see if that helps. Have you call your internet provider ? Does this happen with other video sites ?

This only happens for videos on crunchyroll. I can watch videos just fine on Youtube, etc.

Just for something else to try, go here to clear out garbage individually, and manage your flash storage settings:

http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

Or even go here to the global settings, then uncheck both boxes and then re-check them.

Well I don't know what to say.

You can always try completely uninstalling and reinstalling flash. If it still doesn't work after that you probably want to contact a proper support somewhere.

1. Uninstall flash player using the uninstaller you can get here: https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
2. Try playing videos with newest Chrome(With inbuilt flash enabled ofc)
3. Install newest flash player using something else than Chrome https://get2.adobe.com/flashplayer/
4. Now test videos again using that same browser.

You can test doing the same with browsers as well I guess.

I assume you tried disabling hardware acceleration http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=video#1

Thank you all for the help! I tried all these but it still didn't work.

That episode specifically does not work (I tried watching another episode & different anime which did) so I'll notify them about that.
