Oh, that sounds like a pretty good anime that I didn't know about, and It's atleast 26 ep long, so I'll give it a shot. It's a IG title too, so should be very well put together.

Is it a complete series(which would likely mean It's atleast alittle rushed) or is it incomplete, needing a season 2 to complete it(which It's not gonna get sigh)?

It is a complete series split into two linked arcs (the 2nd arc has a completely different feel to the 1st but it would be a spoiler to explain why). It is quite a fast paced story and the producers are able to save a little time on character development by using legendary figures who the Japanese audience will already be familiar with, such as Watanabe no Tsuna (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Watanabe_no_Tsuna).
