I gotta ask-

1. How cool would it be to know that you are the entire worlds senpai!

2. If you knew you would live to 117, would you live differently?

For 117, she looked better than quite a few people I've seen.

According to Wiki, the oldest (dead) person was 122 when she passed. SO ... Misao is technically NOT the world's oldest woman, but she was technically so when she died, the only LIVING one. There's a difference. Either way, she's technically the oldest JAPANESE person.

Misao is technically the fifth oldest but the oldest out of the top five who lived to the 2000s & 2010s. So Misao is the most RECENT oldest person to pass

Interesting tidbit, the top 10 of the world's oldest are/were women. The oldest man was Jiroemon Kimura, who passed in June '13. He was 116.

RIP Misao, you lived a long life.

I personally have bad enough anxiety that I know I'm going to pass LONG before 117. but I wouldn't want to live to that age either. It sounds painful IMHO.

I wish I know what she did to live that long for advice. What food she ate? exercise? I've always been told the best exercise to burn calories ever and healthy was shoving snow, but it doesn't snow where I'm at. lol Honestly I grew up with my grandmother and loved her stories. It would just be a wish to ask her the stories if she was alive still,if I've known. I don't think I would want to live long, but scared of death too. lol

My biggest fear is old age. Which is why I want to die before I hit the halfway mark. My second fear is death. S oI'm screwed.

She lived through so many changes that the world had gone through. It would have been nice to have a conversation with her.
