Okay, so the CR app works perfectly on my phone but then, when I try to use it on my dell tablet (which is an android device), all I get is a black screen. I'm always on WiFi and I'm an all-access member. I just don't get it. My system is up-to-date, so that's not an issue and my tablet is newer than my phone by a couple of years. All in all, I'm lost. I'd use my phone but my gran took it for navigation reasons and I feel like I'm going through withdrawal. ;_;

Maybe your device is just getting overworked? Do you run anything else while trying to run it?

How long have you had your device? Maybe it's faulty?

Hmm that's odd then. If you have nothing to lose on it you could maybe restore it to factory settings but other than that I can't think of anything sorry

Which flavor of android is your tablet running ? IE: Jellybean , KitKat. , Lollipop... Jellybean and KitKat works but there are issues with lollipop . If it has Jellybean , try watching a show thru th web browser . It still uses Adobe flash . Kk and Look only have Html5 . You can side load Dolphin in to get flash (never worked for me). The key right now is which is is on there .

There is definitely some kind of compatibility problem going on with Dell tablets. The app used to work fine, but after not using it for months I am also getting the black screen. The Dell Venue uses 4.4.2.
