Assassination Classroom, only since 2013.

(also seeing the title of this thread being cut off on the main page kinda makes me laugh?)

is it really? huh looks fine to me but than again it's already a long title. Couldn't really come up with a shortened version for the title.

The title is fine in the forums section of the site, but when it shows up on the front page of Crunchyroll, it shows up as "the longest you have stayed with a man".

haha that's hilarious

I started with Death Note actually I just ended up watching harems by chance. There was a show called my bride is a mermaid that to my 14 year old mind was the most funny and unique show ever. It really is a generic anime show but I was new to anime so all the tropes and cliches they presented were new to me.

dude that show was amazing, at least for the comedy everything else was generic at best but still i loved it. As for me my first show was Rosario + Vampire.

I think One Piece was my first manga and I still read it weekly. I forget how long it has been though.

Detective Conan. Thank you for reminding me that I've been following the series for 15 years. I love it greatly, so I don't mind spending a lot of money towards the franchise.

I read every chapter of Naruto and I'm up to date on Bleach, so those are probably the longest. Think I've been reading since I was a 10th grader, so six years maybe?

Well I cant properly judge it cause it holds a really special place in my heart. I go to the local mall every once in a while and see it among the anime dvds and always consider getting it. Im really scared to rewatch it cause it wont be as good. Ive never seen Rosario+Vampire is it any good.

well if your looking for plot hell no, the manga does actually have a plot though in fact the ending got to me. So basically you should view the anime and the manga as two different stories, the anime is all fan service where as the manga has next to none.

Dragon Ball, my first anime and my first manga and I've stuck with it ever since. I must own most of the 42 or so volumes.
