So I have really long, wavy blonde hair, and I shed EVERYWHERE. I will run my hand through my hair and I end up pulling out 5+ hairs. In addition to that, my hair sticks to all of my clothes and I spend my time picking off around 15+ hairs. Is this just me that has problems with their hair falling out constantly ???

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you start pulling out clumps easily or start noticing actual thinning/bare spots. The average person can loose over 100 strands of hair a day naturally, and the longer the hair, the more that will be shed daily.

I go through periods where my hair seems to fall out a lot too, to the point where I think I have a problem, but I still have a healthy full head of hair.

If you are still really worried, try taking Biotin vitamins or using argan oil-based products in your hair.

Hope this helped a bit.

I'm a male but even I run my hands through me hair daily and end up with some 5+ hairs. Sometimes it scares me at the thought I might go bald but I just forget about it

Without seeing a picture I couldn't say.

Sounds like you're probably fine though. Long hair sheds way more noticably.

Well, I have long hair, about shoulder length, maybe a bit longer and I notice that a lot of hair gets pulled out when I go to take off my hair tie.

It's normal for longer hair to fall out while combing and stuff like that since your hair can hold on to it.

You're fine, don't worry.
I have thick wavy black hair (the most stable hair type) and the same happens to me

Do you brush your hair ? Brushing your hair will make it healthy. Do you put hot water all the time on your hair ? If so stop doing that and use cold or medium temperature for washing your hair. Do you dry your hair aggressively or fast ? If so you need to stop doing that and do it slowly otherwise you are hunting your hair. I have long hair that goes below my shoulder and my Mom is a stylist, so I know how to take care of my hair and other people.

I have a lot of hair and it's pretty thick. So maybe it's just a curly/wavy hair problem hahaha xD

I always use hot water and I don't brush it that often because it can get pretty curly. So many I will try what you recommended! :)

male pattern baldness is my best friend. Sucks but ive learned to just deal with it and keep it as short as possible.
