Yeah I'm not getting notifications from PM's

It's showing up in my inbox as a -2

I think once it hits positive one then it shows up

I deleted my entire inbox but that didn't help.

I think I owe some people PM's

EDIT: Yeah just tested it, once it hits past 0 to positive inbox then everything goes back to normal.

This is a common problem that happens from time to time. You need to contact Support and they can fix it-- use the Contact Us form.

Roger that, thanks Lorreen

Is there a way to avoid it? Or it's just random?

Too bad, as one of the workarounds until an admin can reset it for you is to mark a couple of existing messages as unread.

Well it's probably not strictly random, but as far as I know it is beyond user control, and there's nothing in particular that users do to cause it, thus no way to avoid it.

I actually just had to have mine fixed yesterday. They were pretty fast--from what I can tell it was taken care of within an hour of when I reported it and requested the fix!
