I want to unsubscribe from premium with my account and i can't access since i don't know what e-mail is used.
I contacted support and was redirected to this forum. HELP! Support also said my credentials would be needed but i cant' share that here.

If there's any way i can learn what e-mail is connected to my credit card then that would help to.

I'm not sure how the users here will be able to help you. Look through your email accounts, and hope you can find a receipt that wasn't deleted.

If not, you may be able to contact your bank, and have them put a block on any charges from CR.

First of all, Support should not have sent you here. They have all the tools required to assist you. Second, I understand your confusion.

Who redirected you into the forums? From there, we can get you taken care of.

Just contact our support via the /contact form and tell us which of your cards is being charged.

Basically you can block any transaction on your CC just by speaking with the CC company/bank. The problem will then solve its self. The CR account should cancel the subscription after the CC is refused.
