I hate all interviews. I hate talking to strangers.

I can cope with interviews
it's those damn applications I hate.
Especially when they have a questionnaire of 50-100 multiple choice answers.
Why even have an interview when you're gonna make them go through that crap anyway?

I've filled out applications that are pretty much personality assessments. Its like, am I filling out an application or visiting a shrink?

They're nerve racking. Especially when you're in a group interview. But after a while, you kind of know what to expect from them and get somewhat used to it.

I haven't had a bad Interview, but I was nervous in all of them.

They ask the most ridiculous questions sometimes. I had a mutual friend who was being interviewed for the spot as a office assistant at the supreme court. Note that this isn't a fancy job, it was minimum wage work through a youth employment program. They literally asked her to name all the US Cabinet Positions. She did terribly.

I hate the question 'Why do you want to work here', especially when you're applying to a Mcdonalds, or a restaurant like that. I answered honestly once, and didn't get the job. I said, 'the money'.

I don't hate it. In fact, I enjoy it to a certain degree.

I'm just really good at socializing and talking.

I do! I hate the ones who focuses more on my education rather than waht I can do for them.
Just because I went to a school for 4 years and didn't apply for graduation doesn't change what kind of person I am at work

Never had an issue with interviews that I've had. Most were easy going, minus the last one I had for my current job with the government. (oh Uncle Sam, you sure know how to run background checks...) I have to say, it is quite fun giving interviews though. Watching people sweat like pigs is amusing so I can see why some people enjoy it.

Just relax, dress appropriate, make sure you're clean shaven or tidy up, be respectful, be confident, research the company you're applying for so you at least have some background info on them when they ask, and most importantly...sell yourself. They need to feel like you are the best possible choice for that position.

Doesn't matter what you do or how much you care. Make them think they need you. If you enjoy the job, even better. If not, hey at least you've got a paycheck.

I really dislike them. Its really kissing up to them and telling them what they wanna hear.. not the actual truth. Its like they want you to praise their company when really you couldn't care less..
