Hi, I stumbled across a really good song from a Japanese website and I want to know more about it. However, I have trouble reading Japanese. I was wondering if anyone can maybe find a more developed version of the song or the album it is from.

The song is called "Chant" and is listed on this page. http://hatukiyura.sakura.ne.jp/music.html

Also, I was wondering if anyone can explain to me what they mean by "Circle"???

Mystery Skulls are a big one I've been really into. They've been kinda picking up more of a following, but I still believe they're underrated.

Red House Painters is probably the most underappreciated artist of the nineties, though they have been getting more appreciation lately due to the success of Sun Kil Moon's "Benji", so this answer might be outdated.

Here's a better one. There's a group named port-royal that I have never heard anyone else talk about. They have an album titled "Flares" that is a combination of ambient, post rock, shoegaze, trip hop, etc. It's really a genre-defying record, and probably the ambient record that I return to the most often, besides maybe Brian Eno, or Aphex Twin, if you could really consider Selected Ambient Works, 85-92 an ambient record.
