My account was deleted randomly
Posted 4/12/15
Ive had an account under the name "sourpunch99" for many years and earlier this week, on apr 9, when i went to try and watch some stuff, it said that my username or email/password combination did not exist. i tried searching for my profile and looking on old forum posts i had contributed to, such as on page 600 of the official guest pass thread, post 8 from the top but it doesn't even show my name there anymore, just a blank. I've tried going through support but only received generic messages that have yet to answer any of my questions. I have payment order #'s and such to prove that i owned the account, i just want to know what happened to it. If someone could look into this, i would really appreciate it. I would really like to get my account back if at all possible.

I've reinstated your account. Please go through the password reset functionality and set a new, long and unique password.
Also change your password on any other site you used the same email/password combination on. Your login credentials were likely stolen in the hack of a different website. Please scan your devices for viruses to make sure that it is not a local issue.
