One of the first things I noticed when I first toured UC Davis was that their emergency instruction manuals included a section on what to do in the event of a zombie outbreak. Needless to say, it amused me greatly.

On topic, I think a zombie apocalypse has its ups and its downs. On the bright side, it handles overpopulation. The downside is chances are that most people will abandon any shred of morality they had before hand. That said, I think a zombie apocalypse would be exciting at first and an absolute horror down the line.

Hell no. I'm too firmly rooted in my lifestyle. Intellectualism and the arts have no place in a zombie apocalypse scenario: everything is about survival, and survival is drudgery that I would much rather not have to worry about. A zombie apocalypse would strip everything that I enjoy out of life and leave me forced to constantly deal with uninteresting and potentially lethal situations.

Whenever my friends discuss where we'd all end up in a zombie apocalypse scenario, I always extend the opinion that I'd be one of the very first people to turn, before the situation was even clear. I attribute this to a combination of my consistently terrible luck, my lack of any applicable skills in fending off zombies, and my general lack of awareness of any of my immediate surroundings. My friends often disagree, pointing out ways in which I could potentially be useful or resourceful, but they're missing the point: I would want to be one of the first ones to go, because life in a zombie apocalypse, to me, would not be worth living.

Of course. What's better than seeing people get their faces chewed off?

Zombie apocalypse, no, never.

Non post-human monsters where you wouldn't become a post-human monster from a single scratch could be fun, though. Like if tigers were somehow everywhere and not a solvable problem, I'd be cool with getting predated like that. Basically any reason to carry an axe, I paid good money for my axe and I don't have reason to chop wood with it when I'm not camping.

The general idea of a zombie mass ganging up on where you get one bite and then boom you're a zombie too? I'm a registered independent, that world is my hell.

Idk, I have mixed feelings. What I lack in endurance, I make up with physical strength. But brute strength can only help you so much. I probably wouldn't last long if I was alone . But if I had my group of friends together, we'd probably last for a long time, hopefully survive the apocalypse.

I thought of making a crude joke about what you and your gf are into but I advised myself against it. O:D

Now you're all thinking it cr users who read this, you're all diseased! buahaha. okay, that's all.

It's interesting to think about but I'd probably elect not to have a zombie apocalypse. I like many of these modern, high-maintenance, labor-saving conveniences.

Which one would you miss most when everything gone to chaos?

No, but like any other self-respecting, responsible person I have a plan. It involves a trip to Bass Pro Shop, a gun range, Hooters and Walmart.

No thanks. Not because of the zombies but because I would likely have to deal with humans in a world where society has likely crumbled away. I have issues with society as it currently exists but I have an even more pessimistic view of a world where law and order is a replace by ultimately a survivalist dog eat dog world. Who knows. Maybe I'd end up like The Humungus in that zombie world..but I could just as easily end up as the guy you see tied up to the front of Humungus' vehicle as he's plowing through zombie hoards (Humungus is from Mad Max 2 aka The Road Warrior if you have no clue who the hell I'm referencing).

Wait, zombie apocalypse isn't going on right now? I've seen so many brainless people that I thought we already are living in a zombie apocalypse! /edgy

If there was one good thing about zombie apocalypse, I wouldn't need to check my privilege. Assuming I can't browse the internet, I would also have to facepalm far less than before. Would I actually want to see a real zombie apocalypse though? Naaaah, I'll just get my daily dose of zombie apocalypse by browsing internet instead.

Well, if the zombies are like the slow kind, then yes. If we're talking Resident Evil type zombies and throw in a bunch of mutations, then no. When I was in high school, a group of friends and I, just for fun, made a plan to try and survive said scenario in both cases. We also tried to make plans for a terminator scenario and determined that we'd be dead within a month regardless of what we do.

Unless one of them is a lezbian and she want's to take over your harem.... That street justice might be applied to you...
