I'm not sure if alligator or shark counts as "exotic", but they're delicious. Octopus, Squid, and Cuttlefish are other ones that people don't eat commonly, but aren't really "Exotic" or hard to find if you know where to look. Elk and buffalo are kind of hard to find. Oxen is too I guess. Same with prawns, but those things are way too expensive.

I tried kangaroo at a restaurant. I was slightly disappointed, it wasn't that unique and for the most part, it just tasted like Filet Mignon. Don't get me wrong, it was good.. but not much better than a regular steak.

only ONCE??

You have to eat more, every human tastes different, eating only one isn't nearly enough.

On a trip to Russia I had bear, moose, and leeches. The bear and moose tasted like horse, the leeches like dirt.

I've always wanted to try horse meat. I'd like to set up a stand at Bronycon and sell horse burgers, with patties shaped like the mane 6

I had some friends from Australia that gave me some Kangaroo jerky that tasted pretty good and there is a local burger joint in my area called the Burger Bar that serves exotic meat some time so had to try their camel burger when they listed it there. Was a pretty gamey but was good overall.

Went to New Orleans. Ate alligator.

One time a friend of my father's killed a bear while deer hunting, and shared it. It was gamey and fatty but just fine in a stew. Probably would have been better if prepared by someone with more skill and imagination than my mom.

I've always wanted to learn to hunt, so I could try all the animals I've never tried before... until they inevitably revoke my license for not following the rules and killing out of season.

I've tried bear and alligator, can't say i cared for the gator. I've probably had horse at some point and not realised it, given the uk meat industry XD.

I don't know if goat is exotic, but it tasted awful or maybe the chef was awful.
