Is it still formal if you don't wear a tie?

I normally dress pretty formal everywhere I go, when I do go out.

I dont own very much clothes, I have maybe 5 shirts and 3 pairs of pants that I actually wear; I'm to broke saving up for uni to buy anything else.

I wear dresses often, of course at church and I pack them for instance when going out of town to see relatives. If its something important, and whenever I just feel like it. :)

edit: those are some strange questions if I may say so.

Dress doesn't just refer to the dress women dress in.

i know that.

I dress formally and casually about equally overall..

I didn't know this was a gentleman's club. I guess I don't belong here, then.

Doesn't just refer to the dress men dress in just the same as it doesn't just refer to the dress cross dressers dress in.

There are no cross-dressers here, unless you're one.

What if it's a dress dress with a tie?

It's more interesting if I didn't argue that.
I am pretending to be a little girl in my avi if that counts.
