So far this Fall is looking a bit sad; in terms of hyped non sequels their is One Punch Man, Heavy Object, and...........that's it.

For me at least, this Summer is looking like the best season of 2015.

I'm looking forward to Noragami Aragoto (Baby Ebisu <3) and Utawarerumono: Itsuwari no Kamen. Also interested in all the mystery and horror titles. OMG so many of them! Woot!

Hidan no Aria AA, Owari no Seraph Second Season, and Shinmai Maou no Testament Burst, yay! The rest I'll have to look more into. I was hoping to see something more about the Date A Live movie but that'll probably be awhile.

Hmm...

Fall Season looks kind of a hit or miss imo. It doesn't look as strong as last year's. I'm mostly interested in:

One Punch Man
Noragami Season 2
Haikyu Season 2
Young Black Jack
Owarimonogatari
Heavy Object
Garo Season 2
Lupin III
Subete ga F ni Naru: The Perfect Insider
Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru

The Gundam series looks like it could be a big hit or miss mainly because of the staff. We'll see.

It also is coming a bit shy in the quantity department. I count 51 titles for fall 2014 vs. 48 this time around. While there is a small chance that gap could close, normally the fall schedule would be complete around this time, with only the scheduling of some series remaining unknown.

Even if the gap does close, with Funimation certain to grab more series than a year ago (when they had 11 new simulcasts vs. 15 for this summer season), CR seems extremely likely to have fewer than they had (32 new anime simulcasts when all was said and done).

Assuming the count stays at 48 and no shared titles (for the English-speaking North America region), every new title being simulcast (which has yet to happen) and Funimation grabbing 16-17 new titles, that would limit CR to 30-31 titles. (By comparison, for this season, the number of new anime simulcasts currently stands at 27).

On the subject of the elusive "all titles simulcast" season, for summer 2014, I count 4 titles that were not simulcast, but with only one of those (Dragonball Super) being a standard length anime. Perhaps fall 2015 will be the first time we at least see a complete sweep of all standard length anime titles (for the ESNA region).

Excited for Owari no Seraph, Haikyuu and next (final?) season of Monogatari.

Edit, you would think with the name Owarimonogatari, it would signify the end of a series lol, potato moment for me.

You might... except that we aren't sure if Owarimonogatari will include Zoku Owarimonogatari, the 'final' book of the series. I still think TsugiMonogatari was just a joke but if Nisioisin ever gets around to deciding it wasn't a joke and writing it then there will be that to do as well.

And they still haven't done KizuMonogatari either though that will probably end up as the highest selling anime movie of all time. If they ever make it, that is...

I remember reading somewhere earlier this year that Taboo Tattoo might be a Fall title.

Also rumors has it that Muv-Luv Alternative: Schwarzesmarken maybe an upcoming Fall series. Noitamina's Koutetsujou no Kabaneri is listed as 2015 but no new info on that since its original announcement.

Edit: found the link for that:

How long (pages/chapters) is for that?

Schwarzesmarken was on the list I was doing the count from, but neither of the other two are.

It currently only lists one series airing on Fuji TV during the noitaminA block, but it appears that it has been reduced to a single show since the beginning of 2015. (Autumn 2014 was the last time I see two shows, with Your Lie in April (Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso) being 2 cours).

A bit of investigation confirms my observation:
http://anitay.kinja.com/noitamina-2015-lineup-announced-time-slot-reduced-to-h-1664125217

I do note that MAL now has Koutetsujo no Kabaneri as 2016. Given the above, and that Subete ga F ni Naru is listed as their fall 2015 title, that makes sense. Looking at the above linked article, it appears it was bumped by Saekano -How to Raise a Boring Girlfriend- (Saenai Heroine no Sodatekata), as it wasn't one of the four listed titles for 2015.

I'm actually really interested in seeing how they do Schwarzesmarken. From what I read of the LN so far, it's really good. However I'm also going through all the VN's right now so it's nice that they're releasing a new one along with the anime.

As for the rest of the fall season, I'll probably watch just about everything that piques my interest.

This season is looking a bit hit or miss for me, with a lot of sequels to shows I'm not up to date on or have no interest in. It looks I should like it more than the current summer season, but it'll need a lot of surprises to unseat Winter as the best season of 2015 for me.

Currently interested in:

Concrete Revolutio
One Punch Man
Teekyu 5
The Perfect Insider
Young Black Jack

Maybe:

A Corpse is Buried Under Sakurako's Feet
Attack on Junior High
Comet Lucifer
Gundam Orphans
Heavy Object
Kagewani
Kowabon
Lance 'n' Masques
Star Mu

Sorry I missed/didn't get a notification for your reply... Zoku Owarimonogatari is medium length for Nisioisin, 271 pages so a standard 4-episode special/OVA would do if they don't include it in Owarimonogatari.

The real question is... what are they doing with Koyomimonogatari? It is actually a set of short stories which take place between/alongside the full length novels but it was written between Tsukimonogatari and Owarimonogatari v1. They need to do at least the final chapter of it as a lead in to one part of Owarimonogatari. Perhaps just one episode would do but the whole book is quite large, 447 pages so I wonder if they're going to skip the rest of it? I thought they might include it as a special too before Owarimonogatari but it is past late for that.

Looking quite forward to Haikyuu and K: Return of Kings. Please don't let them suck, like other second seasons have lately *looking at you Psycho Pass

Also, A Corpse...sounds really good too. And maybe the Star Mu idol one, because I'm a sucker for otome shit.
