With my Apple TV, for some reason after about 3 minutes the picture and sound on my show will pause, even though the time counter continues to tick forward. I exit out of the show and start it back up, and it does the same thing after about 30 seconds. I heard this was a problem in the past. Anyone else having this problem/ know a fix.

Yep also having the exact same issue. It's been getting worse lately though. Happening 3-5x in a single episode.

Me three! I've been having it on all of my Mac devices: iPhone, iPad, MacOS, and Apple TV.

Same, it's been happening for days. It happened a few months ago also but we're yet to see CR actually do anything about it. I think it's just lack of bandwidth on their part. They are not accommodating for increased demand.

Definitely having the same problem here. If I let the show keep on playing even while there's nothing happening, it'll usually pick back up again after forty seconds or so. Trying to jump to any point in the middle of the blank section makes the app try to load, then jump immediately ahead to the end of the blank bit.

Oddly enough, on at least one of the videos (the one I just tried, the latest episode of Shokugeki no Souma), if I then try scrolling back to the beginning, it jumps ahead to 1:00 -- but starts showing from the very start of the video. It's messing with the time coding somehow, but I've got no idea how.

Occasionally I can get the error to go away by jumping back or forward slightly and trying to get it to reload, but that's been working less often lately.

Edit: Oh, and I'm on the iPad version, not the Apple TV, working off of Wi Fi.

I am also frustrated. I am using a second generation Apple TV hooked directly to my LAN via ethernet with 18Mbps service. I have been using apple TV to view crunchy roll since CR became available for the unit. The freezing problem (with the counter still progressing and content missed when resuming) started about a week ago, is variable in frequency, and very annoying. The problem does not occur when I view shows from my computer. I thought my Apple TV was failing. I am relieved to see that it is not on my end. CR: Please resolve this situation.
