I am proud of my D. What's a 19 in terms of that grade scale? I've gotten a 19 before. That was in middle school, though. Good times.

Before my second year of college, I didn't care what grades I got and didn't really care if I passed high school or not. That was before I found out what I wanted to do,it was smooth sailing after that(in terms of grades). My last 3 years of college, anything besides an A- was a disappointment. I graduated with 3.47 gpa only because I love Architecture. The only reason I went to college,no other major for me.

I'd prefer to get anything B or over, which I'm doing right now which is great

I was happy with my D's in middle school because I was really lazy so I never tried hard enough to get a better grade. I think I even got the lowest grade once (only 2 good answers) like a 12...that was still a F.

But in high school I started getting A's and I never went back! I liked the A's so I actually studied to keep getting A's and when I got a B I felt like my whole world was falling apart....Now in College I'm happy when I get a B

Bottom line grades don't tell you how smart you are, just how well you follow orders.

Which is really more important in society.

Nope, I am fine with simply passing. I get mostly B's and C's. I just want to get out of college and start my career.

I usually get As and Bs when not putting in much effort so I'm not really proud of anything less than perfection unless I somehow intentionally handicapped myself. I worked a temp job at a social security office and I was given a standardized test for some reason before getting the job. I was a little offended at that so I got a bit cocky and completed the math section all in my head. I ended up with a perfect score, I was expecting to be a little rusty. The observer after grading it has a big smile and was like "wow." (keep in mind this is basic... like high school stuff)

I guess what I'm saying is be proud if you worked hard for something... unless you happen to get a perfect score. Go ahead and celebrate that, it's not like you could have been any better in that case.

The first time I got an A- I wanted to punch myself in the face

If I ever get a D I would probably jump off a bridge

The lowest grade you've ever gotten was a B, well someone wasn't trying hard enough.

I personally could never be PROUD of a D but grateful? yes. I've had classes that started Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too early and the books cost so much money that i had to save up to pay for them all so that by the time of exams i was playing catch up all semester long. If my teacher gave me a F that would be him saying
but a D is him saying

I don't like putting in much effort so I always just aim for the c because that's the passing grade.

D's and C's are both atrocious to me... B's are meh-ish except in Technology and P.E (which I suck at). Really only A's and A*'s cut it for me.
